Commercial Banking Development Program
Responsibilities:

• To develop fresh talents to be a Relationship Officer whose main job is to building relationship with customer, analyze customers’ business & create credit proposal and maintain credit portfolio

Requirements:

• Bachelor/Master degree from reputable university with GPA min 3.00
• Single, max 25 years old.
• Good Communication and excellent in English (both verbal and written)
• Demonstrate the following qualities: leadership, strong desire to learn, high energy, enthusiasm and drive, self motivated, sales drive, strong interpersonal & communication skill
• Willing to be placed at all CIMB Niaga Office
• Willing to be comply all regulations determined by CIMB Niaga

Syariah Banking Development Program
Responsibilities:

• To develop fresh talents to be a Syariah Sales Officer whose main job is to building relationship with customer, analyze customers’ business & create credit proposal and maintain credit portfolio.

Requirements:

• Bachelor/Master degree from reputable university with GPA min 3.00
• Max 27 years old.
• Good Communication and excellent in English (both verbal and written)
• Demonstrate the following qualities: leadership, strong desire to learn, high energy, enthusiasm and drive, self motivated, sales drive, strong interpersonal & communication skill
• Willing to be placed at all CIMB Niaga Office
• Willing to be comply all regulations determined by CIMB Niaga
• Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.

Inbranch Product
Responsibilities:

• Responsible for achieving the target of the FBI through the Life Insurance In Branch.
• Responsible for developing products and creating marketing programs for marketers or customers to increase production.
• Ensure that all product sales process in the branch AIA can be implemented smoothly and in accordance with internal and external regulations.
• Supervise and monitor the payment process reward employees and customers can be accomplished with the right reward.
• Develop individual and team training / Conffrence & Project.

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) Reputable University
• Have a certificate of Risk Management
• Minimum 5 years experience in Insurance / Financial Institutions
• Knowing Life Insurance Operations, Product Knowledge.
• Have Communication skills, Negotiation skills & Problem Solving
