Operation Officer Development Program (OODP)
Responsibilities:

• A fast-track program that is designed to develop high caliber future leaders with strong solution skills, through 12 months comprehensive development program in both class room training and practical ‘hands-on’ orientation

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, any field.
• Required skill(s): • has 1-2 years working experience in banking or financial institution would be, • have leadership experience in school / university, • has strong interest and passionate in building career as future leader in bank, • Demonstrate leadership potential and team work spirit.
• Required language(s): English
• Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.

Rabo Operations Technology Academy (ROTA)
Responsibilities:

• A fast-track program that is designed to develop high caliber future Ops IT leaders with strong OPS and IT solution skills, through 12 months comprehensive development program in both class room training and practical ‘hands-on’ orientation.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Engineering (Civil), Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Others), Computer Science/Information Technology, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
• Required skill(s):
• Has 1-2 years working experience in banking or financial institution would be,
• Have leadership experience in school / university,
• Excellent communication and presentation ability,
• Has strong interest and passionate in building career as future leader in bank,
• Demonstrate leadership potential and team work spirit,
• Strong in analytical thinking.
• Required language(s): English
• Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.

Teller
Responsibilities:

• Do all banking transactions between customers and bank, in accordance with Rabobank professional standards and procedures.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, any field.
• Having proficiency in Hokkien and English is proffered
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent.
• Full-Time position(s) available.
