Accounts Officer
Responsibilities:
  • Market products of Islamic banks in particular in the field of finance, funds and services according to the needs of prospective customers / clients.
  • Manage and minimize the risk of financing in Islamic branches and services through the selection process of potential customers right.
  • Provides a database of prospective customers / potential customers.
  • Create and implement a monthly work plan for the search of prospective customers / potential customers according to set targets.
  • Approach and business visits to the prospective customer / clients in order to develop relationships, data collection, and documentation required.
  • Analyze the prospective customer / client and present the results of the analysis in the form of scrap processing / scoring system (new / additional / extension).
  • Explaining the principle - the principle of shared income Islamic Banking products and services to customers / prospective customers.
  • Monitoring running processes (including visits on the spot) to the activities and development of the customer's business, account activity, customer collectibility, use ceiling and overdraft
  • Customer follow up incomplete documentation.
  • Accommodate and provide solutions to customer complaints.
  • Creating reports and letters to trade checking Checking Bank.
  • Checking run the BI process, analyze and report the results of BI Checking if the client does not meet the requirements related to the collectability, condition and cause jams.
  • Provide financial information to the administration on matters relating to the customer in order inputting collectibility.
Requirements:
  • Age 27-35 years
  • Male / Female
  • Minimum education D3
  • Skills required (Soft Skills / Hard Skills):
    • Communicative
    • Negotiation skills
    • Selling skills
    • Has a power analysis
    • Tenacious, not easily give up, honest, motivated and high mobility.
  • Additional Skills:
    • Microsoft Office
    • Knowledge that must be possessed:
      • Knowledge of Islamic banking products.
      • Database of potential customers
      • Knowledge of the principles of shared income Islamic Banking products and services.
    • Work Experience:
      • Having experience as an accounts officer in conventional banking, Islamic banking preferably min. 3 years.
