We are looking for potential individuals to fill in the following position:

MIS & Admin for Learning & Talent Development
Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and update training record
  • Provide training report for stakeholders
  • Administer training and certification enrollments
  • Liaise with internal customers regarding training related inquiries
Requirements:
  • Able to operate Ms. Access and Ms. Excel
  • Able to communicate in basic English
  • Service-minded, self-driven and team player
CSO (Client Service Officer) for Corporate Banking
Responsibilities:
  • Assisting RM in handling the transaction and maintain service excellent
  • Ensure client transactions are served within SLA
  • Liaise with other related departments/units
  • Manage and monitor Exceptional handling
  • Record complaint and assist RMs in responding customers’ queries/complaint
  • Follow up completion of documents as well as supporting documents from customers related to transaction or accounts
  • Follow up and perform call for matured facility and fixed deposits
  • Adherence of the new internal and external policies, DOA and SOP
  • Ensure all necessary reports are recorded and submitted timely
Requirements:
  • Full-Time, Contract and Temporary position available.
  • Fluent in English, both verbal and written
  • Easy going with pleasant personality, good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to work fast and under pressure
  • Familiar with excel program and numbers
Relationship Manager Development Program (Consumer Banking Group)
Responsibilities:
  • Successful candidates will join a competitive and comprehensive 6 months training program in the bank where they will be equipped with all the required skills to become a successful Relationship Manager (Treasures/Priority)
  • Upon training program they will be responsible in growing the bank’s portfolio and revenue through the products and services to existing customers and new customers. They will also provide financial advice and assist customers on daily banking activities
Requirements:
  • have 1 year experience in sales, preferably as a direct sales from financial institutions (bank, insurance, futures, etc)
  • have an achievement oriented personality
  • show a high level of self-confidence
  • posses a high ability of influencing others
  • posses a high level of Critical Thinking
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any field.
