Bank BTPN - PT Bank Tabungan Pensiunan Nasional Tbk (BTPN) began in Bandung in 1959. The bank was originally established to serve the needs of the retired personnel of the Armed Forces with name Bank Pegawai Pensiunan Militer or BAPEMIL. With the passage of time, the bank developed and began to serve the retired civilian employees. For more than 50 years, the Bank focuses its banking services to the retirees in cooperation with PT Tabungan Asuransi Pensiunan, PT Taspen, and PT Pos Indonesia.

Bank name later changed in 1986 to Bank Tabungan Pensiunan Nasional today. Status of BTPN also increased the savings bank into a commercial bank with the issuance of a business license in 1993. The main shareholder of the Bank, TPG Nusantara S.a.r.l, is an investment company owned by TPG (Texas Pacific Group - a global investment firm from the United States) with a shareholding of 71.6%. QA Manager - Central Java Area
Responsibilities:
  • To supervise the region
  • Conduct inspections and audits of the region
  • Reporting on the activity region
  • Surveillance activities make planning region
  • Responsible for inspection activities and support activities in the Region
Requirements:
  • Preferably female, and unmarried
  • Maximum age 35 years
  • Education S1 all majors with GPA> 2.75
  • Experience as QA / Internal Control min 3-4 years in the area of ​​finance / banking
  • Ability to work independently
  • Enjoy working with high mobility
  • Ever supervise min. 20 employees
Incentive & Management Officer
Responsibilities:
  • Monthly incentive calculation
  • Communication incentive program for region / branch
  • Prepare monthly reports on performance and incentive analysis as a basis for strategic management decisions
  • Responsible for questions and concerns regarding incentives and provide recommendations on complaints
Requirements:
  • Male / Female
  • Maximum age 30 years
  • Education S1 all the majors with a GPA of > 3:00 (accounting preferred) from reputable university
  • Experience in performance management and incentive section in area finance / banking
  • Thorough and diligent
