English Service Center Officer
Requirements:
- Willing to work in shift schedule, highly motivated with excellent interpersonal skill
- Must be fluent in English & computer literate
- Call center experience or experience in serving customers in other hospitality industry
- Has experience in multinational company / has exposure to multinational staff / customer
- Diploma/ Bachelor degree from any major
Responsibilities:
- Working within Service Department, the position of Supervisor of Training and Recruitment is responsible to manage end to end recruitment , organizing and manage training and development programs in ANZ Service Department.
- Must be fluent in English
- Strong communication skill
- Experience by working in a very dynamic and supportive environment
- Strong focus on building relationships, confident, creative, self motivated, pro-active, and a team player
- Experience in Recruitment process or Human Resource Management and Training preferably in multinational company
- Experience in leadership or lead a team
- Call center experience or experience in serving customers in other hospitality industry is advantage
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for day to day administration in ANZ Service Department
- Proficient Microsoft Excel skill (familiar with advanced formula, such as VLOOKUP and pivot)
- Detail oriented with good analytical skill
- Good English skill
- Experience in administration job
- Experience in banking industry
- Diploma or Bachelor degree from any major with min GPA 3.00
